had our first land training todae in two months.
6rounds + 3rounds = 9rounds
500 twinkle stars
100 crunches
100 leg lifts
100 leg lifts
100 tip-toes
25 standard push ups
10 assisted pull-ups
10 sets of steps
60 super women
ok this is copied from Steffie's blog entry cos i cant really rem wad we did n how much we did. LOL. and yes of course, my legs are aching like shat now. and i think im so gonna have a good nite slp tonite. cos i walked so much todae!!! hmmm the sailors went to khaiwan aka kbb (kung bak bau) hse juz right opp sch. cross one road reach le. so lucky hor! =/ bleah. yes. jem, kbb, and ah tat were somehow playin nfs2 on pc. after one hour of the gurls buggin the guys to stop playin and get their ass off the chair, they finally left the room! BUT, they proceed to play ps street fighter. lol. khaiwan's brothers were playin lor... den the guys somehow 'bully' em and started playin also. lol. from pc to ps. how interestin. aiyoh! khaiwan's mother got a whole cabinet FULL OF KOREAN DRAMA VCDs! gosh. she loves those romantic sad love stories. haha! omigosh. its really alot lor. i had an eyeful of it, mun. haha. another hour of buggin the guys to stop playin ps, we finally got to leave khaiwan's place. yay. =)
hmmmmmmmm. went bugis area. we had $2 laksa at rochor area. and yes, there was the second hand flea market arnd there... and khaiwan was so uncle-lish to stop and look at the stuff there. lol. hmmmmmmmmm. i saw Mummy at bencoolen. gosh. thanz fate. its been so long i last met her. and if i remember clearly, i missed her a few daes back. and now, i see her! the first thing she said was "y u so black?!" lol. peng. ber steffie ah tat n kw greeted her too. hmmm. okok stef, u r blur. i noe that. haha! we had a nice time bargainin n talkin with the uncle man! lol. and the 'jie jie' . bleah. haha ah tat bot the blue watch! yay i won the black one! haha! i walk n stand arnd until my legs sooo tired now leh. den hor, i took 33 home. i stood all the way from bugis area to my hse. a whole 40mins of standin with stuffy air, and a limited space thanz to those workin ppl occupyin the seats. gosh i hate peak periods. !!!! urgh.
yay! wed nite is tpjc sailor outing! =/ zazaza. im so happy. lol i think im forcin the captain n vice cap to do this. go shoppin n eatin together n take neop. MUAHAHA. but everythg's pendin. haha! this sounds so kuku. EH BENJABOO, u MIA too long le la! come for trainin can! u better come back soon after ur Genting trip! if not, i'll slap u twice n make sure u fly to Batam and dun come back!
