todae we did some gay stuff. before running, i told captain aka HORSE not to run like a horse. which is indeed FAST. his strides are so freakin HUGE dat non eof us can catch up with him. wth. ahhaha. anyway, we did like countless crap stuff todae.

around 200 normal crunches, 75 left crunches, 75 rite crunches, 75 lower abs, duno how many dips, 120 overhead claps, 200 squats and abt 200 push-ups? urghs.
