anyways, went to sigalap cold storage to SHOP. goodness. i walked there can. not bad took 15 mins. haha! =) anyways, went there to buy energy bar. bot this banana nut bar... abt 180 kcal per serving. great. haha. den i oso bot 2 packs of Weider Energy Jelly. one pack $2+. sulks. den i bot this WHEAT BISCUIT. low fat, high in carb, high in fibre n duno wad. DAMN PLAIN that kind. and, i wanted to buy MAMEE to eat. but i look at the nutrtional fact, OMG, the sodium content so high! n fat too! so i put it back. den i saw the ChAchos chips beside it, i took it up n look. GOODNESS. so much calories! if u eat half pack, u already require a dae's calories u needed. sighs. i hate calories.
