Day 1 is over. i fought it hard, well, with a long face and smelly breath at the end of the day. (because i had kuey peng for dinner! HEE HEE NO NO HEE!)


didnt expect it to be so dreadful, but gettin the comfort n of course a little nonsense from lemony n best friend feels good. and sometimes a little whining in exchange for a little love is the best!

Day 2 (ie tmr) is gonna be hell i swear. but yay hey boss offered a free ride to work.



i find myself speaking a little like R. yes yes, im not attending much of his lessons this week also lor. tmr morning shall try to go for Faye's RPM!

oh, let me cite an embarassing incident! i headed down to Paragon ytd for Step & Pump. i seldom use the lift and there, it was the OPEN, CLOSE, and EMERGENCY BELL buttons... i happily pressed lvl 5 to head to Fitness First. den wanted to press the CLOSE button but i guess my hands acted faster than my slow brain, i pressed the EMERGENCY BELL button hard. within seconds, i hear some male voice in the lift, and after awhile, it went off. i concluded that i must have activated the security la! before i could say anything or react to the situation, that male voice was gone! GONE! im so sorry PARAGON SECURITY. i was so paiseh la. hurriedly got out of lift before the CCTV capture more of my face! LOL.


oh damn i still suck at BodyStep. roars. i find myself stoning and entangled when he introduced new movements and he'll start screaming into the mic, "FERNIE!!! are you doing okay there?!" and mind you, it was hell packed at gym la! no, just the 2 particular class. gross! i stayed for pump too! omg. you should have seen the amount of weights the ladies carried!!! i was so intimidated ya. i was initially doing a mere 2 kg for biceps, triceps n shoulders. i increased to 4 kg for all! it felt nth for the back, biceps n shoulders. moreover, i could manage the triceps part too! WHHEE! was my 3rd lesson in pump. could rem the very 1st lesson i did pump. 2 kg and my triceps were shivering non-stop. and the ladies there are carrying 10-15 kg of weights. kudos balls. oh n i think im in love with this new babe. christine - R's new partner in crime. she's so bubbly i would say. always smiling. how did she do that? i wonder.



i spent my sunday evening snoozing over at Lemony's. cooked for her n sha shoo. and i swear i didnt try to kill her by cutting like 10 chilli padis into the topshell! I SWEAR! I SWEAR! and i don't ever think ur dad can succeed making cherry wine? LOL.


my body is yearning for some workout. feeling FAT! im so angry i cant go for any evening's classes this week. GROWLS. i hate the idea of missing out BodyAttack. i like it a lot actually! way better than RPM! arhhahahaa. maybe i should drop some classes soon. when the branch over at Raffles Quay opens, im gonna take up Yoga! whooots.
