HEY YO EVERYBODY!

I just had milo and crackers and bursting with energy! Like HIGH HIGH SKY HIGH! (damn, I'm getting damn corny)

Last evening, Yolanda came down to CT poolside to meet me to get my form. We were chatting and there came Uncle KPO Rodney strolling down and started talking very loudly describing his darling visit to Dr Ben Tan (in case you don't know who he is, pls google his name. cheers.) Then he said he need to go back to Ben Tan to learn how to massage his ankle (where he tore his ligiments). So Yola said "Bring your wife go with you la!" Rodney and I exchanged glances but R continue saying that he got to learn how to massage the ankle the right way. And Yola continue saying, "Yeah... Bring your wife there! So she can learn and go back massage for you!" This time, R said... "You mean bring my dog there?!" (By the way, his dog is a multi-purpose dog. It can be a mop, get knocked into the mirror/door (free entertainment ie), being a pillow and now help him massage... Then, I looked at Yola again and slowly said "He's not married..." (pointing to Uncle R). It left me n R giggling and somehow looking slight confused.

Juicy lil bit no. 2
As continued, R was saying Ben Tan aged A LOT since his last visit 3 years ago. I replied, "Why didn't you promote your SK2 WHITENING ESSENCE and MASK and FANCL TENSE UP leh?!?!" R started laughing damn loudly. And I thought it was quite funny because of the way he laughed. And and and... how he can spend so much money on his face! Argh.

WHEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Im still damn high.

Sorry Im not blogging proper.

Okay. Maybe I should.

Friends and boyfriends/girlfriends shouldn't be replaceable in life! Gera jie jie told me this before and that I agree very much with her! Everything has got to be balanced. =)

Okay hush hush. I know my friends are complaining I'm gyming too much and neglecting them somehow. EH I GOT MAKE EFFORT OKAY! Like tmr I'm not heading down to gym in the evening so I can go dinner with you girls. Hee. So there you go.

Anyway, GYMING IS HEALTHY!
This was a good move actually. From there I totally cut myself off from nightlife. No late nights, no drinking, no smoke. I think it has definitely improved my lifestyle trmendously. Im stronger now (yes, I just increased again to 10KG of weights now), sleeping better in the night, balanced lifestyle with exercise. But just that, June was warning me not to overwork my body. Haha. I only cheong 2-3 classes consecutively once in a blue moon. So yup, Pump is fine for me. My nightmare is RPM still, which leaves me panting like a dog. Attack is fun but tiring! Aqua is easy balls! I hate Step. But no choice, I'm lacking cardio exercise in my routine.

Oh yeah, back to the topic. I don't understand why my circle of friends is getting smaller. Is it because they have a boyfriend/girlfriend? Does this mean they can neglect and forget about their friends they know many many years ago? So I suppose the boyfriend/girlfriend they know 6mths ago is greater valued than the friend they know in Secondary school?

It doesn't satisfy me. I still feel the great unjust in this whole shit thing. Why don't you slow things down and keep a balance in your love life as well as your friendships?

Having a boyfriend/girlfriend doesn't mean you can't go out or interact with you normal friends afterwards. It's your life. Live it. And i beg to tell you, YOU ONLY HAVE ONE FUCKING LIFE!!!

If you think the person is worth to give up all your other 50 friends, GO AHEAD. Just remember, NO ONE, i repeat, no one will be there to share your sorrows when your boyfriend/girlfriend leaves you.

I'm tired. Time for books.

The above came out not targeted at anyone specifically. But, I just felt an overwhelming emotion when I thought of some things. It just didn't seem politically right to me. And I am not happy with it at all.

STRIKE A BALANCE PPL!
