just got home from gym and training for demo.

KYLIE GATES IS IN TOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! she gave a BodyAttack class this evening over at Mil Walk. I swear she's damn fit. oh my god. my ou xiang...

this sat Fitness First is doing a demo over at PS. BodyAttack... a team of 5 instructors will be doing a demo. at 230pm... and 430pm... 2 slots. i'll be doing one of the demo. come drop by okay? :D

rehearsed the demo tracks after 2 classes. im sure i burn off my mac chicken lah hor? calories calories! oh bother. :( hanging out with junwei, eve etc made me laugh so much. i got so ticklish on the way home in the cab with xavier and eve... they wanted to jump out of the cab. HAHAHA.

oh im gonna slp now! HAHAH. i didnt even blog proper. :( oops.
