Started my first stage appearance at FF. Nerve-wrecking, excited, happy, pressurising... Got killed in Bicep Track by Leonard. ARGH! Need to work verrrrrrrrry hard on my arms. Serious shite. Am still shadowing for this week til I present my track at intensive then I'll start doing TeamTeaching 'live'. Its tough facing a class full of members looking at you and nobody else.


Anyway, if you intend to call the police and report me missing, stop, because I'm just resting at home, trying to recover my muscles.

Loads of things going through my mind now. But I guess sleep will do the trick.


I wonder how the past can be just the past; a book of memories. Yet, I'm starting a new chapter, a new beginning... All without you. :)
